USAID MISRA Request for Quotations- Office furniture



Under the prime contract with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Nathan Associates Inc. Delaware Sucursala Chisinau invites qualified companies to submit quotations/bids for Office furniture.

The final recipient of the goods shall be the Moldova Institutional and Structural Reforms Activity (MISRA).

Interested companies can obtain the RFQ by submitting an email to misra.procurement@nathaninc.com. 

The RFQ number and the title must be stated in the subject line of the email.

Title: Office Furniture.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO BE CONSIDERED:

  • ON December 09, 2022, 11:00 hours, will be organised a meeting debrief for all potential Bidders.

       The scope for this meeting is to clarify and provide more technical information that couldn’t be detailed on RFQ document.

        Also, each potential bidder will have the opportunity to make their own measurements necessary for drawing up the sketches for the bid. More details is provided in the RFQ document.

Deadline for receipt of questions: December 13,2022. 13:00.

Deadline for submission of offers: December 15, 2022, 17:00.
