Dear Bidder,
Codru ST is seeking to purchase the horizontal flow wrapping machine, rotary table, and automatic weight and price labelling machine as per the attached RFQ. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations for this equipment and associated services.
Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 17:00 Chisinau time on December 23, 2020 by e-mail to procurement.codrust@gmail.com.
Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 17:00 Chisinau time on December 22, 2020 by email to procurement.codrust@gmail.com.
Specifications: Section 3 of the attached RFQ contains the technical specifications of the required items.
Quotations: Quotations in response to this RFQ must be priced on a fixed-price, all-inclusive basis, including delivery to Codru-ST’s facility and all other costs. Pricing must be presented in EUR.
Delivery: The delivery location for the items described in this RFQ is Bucovăț village, Strășeni district, Republic of Moldova. As part of its response to this RFQ, each offeror is expected to provide an estimate (in calendar days) of the delivery timeframe (after receipt of order) but ideally should occur as close to March 15, 2021 as possible, or earlier. The delivery estimate presented in an offer in response to this RFQ must be upheld in the performance of any resulting contract.
Warranty: The warranty coverage must be valid on all commodities for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months after delivery, installation and acceptance of the commodities
Evaluation and Award: The award will be made to a responsible offeror whose offer follows the RFQ instructions, meets the eligibility requirements, and is determined via a trade-off analysis to be the best value based on application of the evaluation criteria provided in the RFQ.
