INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT

Invitation to Tender Document

Dear Madam/Sir,

I am pleased to inform you that you are invited to take part in the SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURE for the above contract, which is divided into 3 (three) lots: LOT 1 Work Station, LOT 2 Interactive Projector, LOT 3 Video Conferencing Equipment.

The procurement documents (tender dossier) attached to this letter include:

  1. Contract Notice (Contract Notice Document) and Instructions to Tenderers (Instructions Document)
  2. Draft Contract (Draft Contract Document) with Annexes
  1. Other Information
  1. Tender Form for a Supply Contract (Tender Form Document) and Declaration on Honour on Exclusion and Selection Criteria (Declaration Document)

We look forward to receiving your tender and the accompanying tender guarantee (Tender Guarantee Document) which has to be submitted no later than the submission deadline mentioned in point 18 of the Contract Notice.

Please send it to the address and with the requirements given in point 9 of the Instructions to Tenderers (which also specifies the conditions to maintain it confidential until opening and the means of proof for compliance with the time limit for receipt of tenders).

By submitting a tender, you accept to receive notification of the outcome of the procedure by electronic means. Such notification shall be deemed to have been received by you on the date upon which the contracting authority sends it to the electronic address you referred to in your offer.

The period during which a tender will remain valid and shall not be modified in any respect is specified in point 7 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

Any contact between the contracting authority and the tenderer during the procedure is forbidden, save in exceptional cases as foreseen in European legislation.

If you decide not to submit a tender, we would be grateful if you could inform us in writing, stating the reasons for your decision.
