The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is pleased to announce an extension of the submission deadline for:

RFQ/MOL/CO/25/021 – Certified IT Skills & Family Access

NRC invites all eligible training providers and educational institutions legally registered in Moldova to submit quotations for the delivery of:

Certified Microsoft Office IT courses for refugee and host community youth (ages 15–35), delivered through in-person, hybrid, or online formats.
Childcare services for children aged 1.5–6 years during in-person courses, to support access for participants with dependents.
