The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) hereby requests you to submit price bid(s) for the WASH intervention in Accommodation Asylum Centre IGM (Chisinau) - Comprehensive rehabilitation works of WASH facilities with funding from UNICEF within the project: “Provision of WASH services to Refugee Children and Women to ensure their protection and safety in Moldova”, listed on the attached DRC Bid Form Annex A.1 and Annex A.2.

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) hereby requests you to submit price bid(s) for the WASH intervention in Accommodation Asylum Centre IGM (Chisinau) - Comprehensive rehabilitation works of WASH facilities listed on the attached DRC Bid Form Annex A.1 and Annex A.2.

II. Important information regarding this ITB:
- Payments will be made in two installments: the first installment, amounting to 40%, will be paid upon the execution of the contract by both parties, and the remaining 60% will be paid upon 15 working days after the completion of the works
- The Bidders must offer all required works for the WASH intervention in Accommodation Asylum Centre IGM (Chisinau) - Comprehensive rehabilitation works of WASH facilities.
- The commencement of work shall occur no later than 3 days following the signing of the Contract. Failure by the supplier to initiate work within this timeframe may result in termination of the contract or imposition of other penalties by DRC.
III. Selection and Award Criteria
This tender will be awarded to the lowest cost technically compliant bid. The technical evaluation criteria are as per the specifications stated in Annex A.1 – Technical Bid.
Submission of Bid
You must submit one original of the ITB Bid Form in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the IT number and the Bidders name. The bid can be delivered directly to the tender box, mailed, or delivered by courier services, or alternatively send by email to the following dedicated, secure & controlled email address: tender.pol@drc.ngo
