People in Need is announcing Tender for Thermal insulation and windows replacement works as part of Energy efficiency measures at three schools in R. Moldova

 

  1. SCOPE OF PURCHASE

We are inviting qualified bidders to submit their tender offers for electrical works at three schools located in different regions of Moldova. The tender is divided into three lots based on the schools' locations:

Lot 1 - Thermal insulation of the building envelope at Matei Masarab Lyceum in Chisinau (address: Matei Basarab 14 str.)

Lot 2 - Replacement of windows/doors at Matei Masarab Lyceum in Chisinau (address: Matei Basarab 14 str.)

Lot 3 - Replacement of windows/doors at Mihail Ciachir Lyceum in Ceadîr-Lunga  

(address: Bugeac str.)

Lot 4 - Replacement of windows/doors at Stefan cel Mare school in Balti 

(address: Ostrovski 17 str.)

All work must comply with the requirements detailed in the Bill of Quantities (Annex 1) and adhere to the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Further specifications are provided in Annex 7.

  1. OUTCOME OF SELECTION PROCESS

The contract awarded to successful supplier is a Contract for Work which will commit PIN to purchase the specified quantity of Thermal insulation and Windows/doors replacement and as defined in the contract at the agreed prices/rates. Awarding of partial contracts is acceptable. Contracts can be divided into individual lots (per type of works) as follow:

  • Lot 1 - separate contract
  • Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4 - separate contract

  8. Annex 7 – Schedule of Requirements with all relevant supporting documentation   

If any of the bidders requires any clarification relating to the tender, such question should be sent to PIN by e-mail to the following e-mail address tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net.

Questions could be answered only until 10.06.2024. PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.

If PIN answers the question, all other bidders will be copied the answer. Communication will be held through e-mail.

Submission deadline for offer is 17.06.2024
