PR and awareness campaign on Electronics

The Association of Electronics Companies in Moldova is looking for a company or a consortium of companies that will develop an awareness and promotion campaign for the electronics sector and the events organized by ACEM  through existing channels.

The objective of the assignment is to develop an awareness and promotion campaign for the electronics sector and the events organized by ACEM  through existing channels.

Duration of the contract:     22.02.2024 – 15.06.2024

The tender is open to private companies, public institutions, non-government organizations, professional associations, or consortia, resident in the Republic of Moldova, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. For a consortium, a cooperation agreement should be included in the technical offer.

Proposal content

The proposal package will comprise the following documents in Romanian or English:

The Proposal should include the following documents:

Part 1 Technical proposal:

- Technical offer, that should describe in detail how the Offeror intends to carry out the Term of Reference (ToR) for the development of requested deliverables;

- Company Portfolio with samples of relevant works,

- Contact data, persons responsible for the assignment implementation and coordination;

- Copy of the Registration Certificate or Decision of the Registration of the company;

Part 2 Financial offer,  detailed budget expressed in Moldovan Lei, VAT 0

Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.
