Assignment Name: “Assistance provided to the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment in developing the rules on security of work in the operation of water supply and sewerage systems in the Republic of Moldova”.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment of the Republic of Moldova is procuring the consulting services (Consulting Company) for developing the rules on security of work in the operation of water supply and sewerage systems in the Republic of Moldova.

The consultant(s) (company) will work under the result 1.7 of the project “National norms and standards are updated and aligned to EU standards”.

The implementation of this assignment will require a Consulting Company/Firm, which is specialized in providing the above services, and have the following qualifications:

  • The Consultant (company) should be specialized in providing consultancy services, in the area of public services, institutional reform, legal research or any related field.
  • The Consultant (company) should have at least 1 other similar consulting contracts.
  • The Consultant (company) should have promoted other legislative initiatives that should have been enacted by the Governmental Authorities of Republic of Moldova.

The company should describe their team and its competencies. The following experts should be mobilized with the following qualification and experience. The company should clearly specify the number of working days for each mobilized expert.

The consultancy is expected to be undertaken during a period of 7 months (with a level of effort equal to 19 person-days).

Proposals must be submitted in original no later than the following date and time: November 29, 2019, 15:00 (Chisinau time).
