The Project seeks to contract an International Consultant (hereinafter “the Consultant”) with expertise in capacity building for diaspora engagement to provide comprehensive support to the State Chancellery, the Bureau for Diaspora Relations (BRD), and the Alliance of Hometown Associations (HTA Alliance) in Moldova on enhancing their capacity to engage with the diaspora, fostering strategic partnerships, and facilitating the active participation of migrants and diaspora members in local development initiatives
