TENDERE, ACHIZIȚII ȘI CONTRACTĂRI ÎN MOLDOVA

Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Moldova invites qualified and eligible audit firms to submit quotations for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for Audit Services for NRC Moldova and its implementing partners, valid until no later than 31 December 2027.

The purpose of this procurement is to contract a licensed audit firm capable of delivering high-quality audits in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA), in full compliance with Moldovan legislation and applicable donor requirements.

The selected audit firm will be responsible for the NRC Moldova organisational audit, the Norad project audit, the SDC project audit and the financial audits of NRC implementing partners, as detailed in the RFQ package.
