PADEM: RfQ to support the PSC for control of public finances

The Strengthening Parliamentary Democracy in Moldova (PADEM) project, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and implemented by DAI Global Belgium, is issuing a Request for Quotations related to the procurement of services to support the PSC for the Control of Public Finances (CCFP) in Analysing Court of Accounts Audit Reports and Monitoring the Implementation of Their Recommendations.

The bidders are invited to present their bid, including the technical and the financial offer, until 15 October 2026, Thursday, COB to the email Anastasia_Patrashko@dai.com .

Prices must be comprehensive and must be presented in EUR, taking into consideration that PADEM is subject to VAT 0%.
