☑️Dates: 21-25.09.2026
☑️Participants: 35 persons

👉Venue Preferences
We would like a 3-star venue where the working rooms, dining area, and accommodations are in the same building or close by. It would be great if it is close to the city centre.

The venue must be accessible to people with disabilities, as we actively recruit participants with special needs. This includes:
☑️Barrier-free access to buildings
☑️Adapted rooms/bathrooms/toilets for wheelchair users
☑️Catering options that accommodate food allergies and dietary needs (or willingness to find solutions)

👉Accommodation and Meals
☑️Participants:
🔘12 twin rooms and 11 single rooms for 4 nights (including 1 adapted room for participants with disabilities if needed).
🔘Arrival before dinner on Monday – 21/09
🔘Three working days 22-24/09

👉Meals & Breaks:
▪️Breakfast, lunch, and dinner 22-24/09
▪️All-day coffee breaks on working days 22-24/09
▪️One dinner out on Thursday – 24/09

🔘Departure after breakfast on Friday – 25/09

🔘Arrives probably on Monday – 21/09 in the morning
🔘Leaves on Friday – 25/09 after breakfast

👉Working Room Requirements from 21/09 to 24/09
We strongly prefer a venue where participants can work, eat, and sleep in the same location.
☑️Size: large enough for 35 people to sit in a circle and to fit 4 working groups of 6/7 people in quite separate areas
☑️Exclusive access for the entire training (including evenings) from 21/09 to 24/09
☑️Windows & ventilation for daylight and fresh air
☑️Equipment:
🔘Data projector with a screen (visible to all)
🔘Sound system for music (optional)
🔘Tables along the sides (not in the main seating area)
🔘Long wall or boards for simulation exercises and organization market displays
