Palladium International LLC, under the Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) Project, funded by the U.S. Department of State, invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the procurement of laboratory reagents and consumables required to support antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance activities in the Republic of Moldova (LINK).

The procurement is structured into the following lots:

• Lot 1 – Laboratory Carrying Bags with Integrated Thermometer (20 units);
• Lot 2 – Desktop Thermal Barcode and Label Printer for Laboratory Use (1 unit);
• Lot 3 – Binocular Microscope (1 unit).

The equipment will support microbiological diagnostics, specimen management, laboratory surveillance, and safe transportation of biological samples within healthcare and public health institutions in the Republic of Moldova. Submission Deadline: June 26, 2026, 23:59 (Moldova Time). Bidders may submit quotations for one or more lots.
