CRS - Catholic Relief Services Moldova - invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the provision of land transportation services for CRS staff, including travel within Ukraine and between Ukraine and neighboring countries (Republic of Moldova, Poland, and Romania).

CRS intends to engage one or more service providers under a long-term arrangement for the period 2026–2028, depending on operational needs. Service providers may submit partial offers for selected routes only.

Submission of Offers

Submission deadline: 1 June 2026, 24:00 CET

Offers and requests for clarifications shall be submitted by email only to: procurementMD@crs.org 

The email subject line must include: RFQ 2011279 – Land Transportation Services – [Company Name]

Offers may be submitted in English or Ukrainian. All prices must be quoted in Euro (€).

Eligible bidders must meet all legal, professional, and ethical requirements set out in RFQ 2011279, including valid registration, relevant experience, and compliance with CRS eligibility and safeguarding standards.

Required Documents

Interested bidders shall submit a complete offer in accordance with RFQ 2011279 and its annexes. As a minimum, the offer shall include the completed mandatory annexes (Profile and Capacity, Commercial Offer, References, and Disclosure), together with supporting legal and administrative documents, such as company registration and tax documentation, as specified in the RFQ.

Bidders must also confirm compliance with the technical, safety, and eligibility requirements outlined in the RFQ, including authorization to operate in the relevant countries and the ability to provide the required transportation services.

If not included in the initial applicatkion, CRS may request additional supporting documents (e.g. licenses, insurance certificates, vehicle or driver authorizations) during evaluation or prior to contract award, as part of its due‑diligence process.

Additional Information

Late or incomplete offers may be disqualified. CRS reserves the right to reject any or all offers, amend or cancel the RFQ, and award contracts to one or more suppliers in accordance with CRS internal procedures.
