Achiziții de bunuri și contractări de servicii

The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is seeking to contract a company to provide travel and logistical services for the organisation of study visits and workshops, within the project „Facilitating the EU Accession process through Coordination and Engagement in Moldova” (FACE). The services within the assignment will be provided in the period between May2026 – December 2027.

The selected service provider will conduct all the activities in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR).

e-mail: tenders-giz-moldova@giz.de, indicating the tender number in the message title, not later than 05.06. 2026, 15:00, Chișinău local time.

The tender is open to private companies resident in the Republic of Moldova, registered and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Specific requirements towards the bidders:

• 5 years of experience in international travel area;
• The bidding company must demonstrate availability of a backstopping team, shortly describing their profiles and responsibilities within the contract;
• Ability to provide the requested personnel with the necessary skills and experience;
• Experience in researching options and procuring services for all travel and logistic aspects related to the study visits in the EU member states and candidate countries;
• Proven experience and track record of successful organization and delivery of complex, large teams travel packages;
• Proof of registration as a personal data processing entity according to national legislation;
• Experience working with international development partners.

The successful application shall include:

1. Technical Proposal, containing (in a separate document):

• Company profile including its general information, background, expertise, services offered, key clients, certifications, team, operational capacity, and relevant industry experience from the last 5 years;
• CV of the Service Manager according to described requirements;
• Brief information on previous performance, describing recent contracts of similar scope;
• Copy of the company registration certificate in the Republic of Moldova;
• No-debt certificate issued by the Moldovan Tax Inspection or copy of the latest financial report.

2. Financial Proposal, containing (in a separate envelope):

• The financial proposal is to be submitted strictly in accordance with the provided Price Schedule template (by submitting this template), with VAT 0% and values expressed in MDL

All personal data is for the internal use of GIZ; confidentiality is guaranteed.

The bid’s evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer. Shortlisted applicants might be asked for an interview and additional information. 

Applications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the GIZ country office – Chisinau, 73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Bvd., National Business Center, 9^th floor – indicating the tender number 7000007253, not later than 07.05. 2026, 15:00 Chișinău local time.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
