Tender no. SC SBC - 46 2025 Logistic services for the organization of the training for the National Employment Agency mobile teams’ staff

The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for a contractor able to provide logistic services for the organisation of a one-day training for the mobile teams' staff of the National Employment Agency within its “Strong Businesses and Communities for Moldova” project.

The objective of this assignment is to ensure the logistics for National Employment Agency mobile teams training: accommodation, training facilities and meals for participants. All services requested must be provided within one facility and location.

To achieve the objective, the contractor shall perform the following tasks:

  • Accommodate up to 20 participants for 1 night. Each participant shall be accommodated in a separate room (single placement), that should be equipped with appropriate furniture (bed, chair, table, wardrobe, etc.), own bathroom and toilet, air conditioner, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.
  • Offer a conference room with comfortable furniture, capable of fitting up to 50 persons and organizing activities in groups.
  • Offer appropriate equipment: projector, screen, flipchart, microphones, sound boxes, Wi-Fi.
  • Ensure technical assistance during the training and provide administrative support according to the training agenda.
  • Prepare and serve meals (1 lunch and 2 coffee breaks) for up to 50 participants in a one-day training, provided in same facility/building.

The tender is open to private companies and public institutions, resident in the Republic of Moldova, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Offers must be prepared in English or Romanian.

Proposals must be submitted in two parts, consisting of:

  • Part 1: Technical offer
  • Part 2: Financial offer, detailed budget expressed in Moldovan Lei, VAT 0.

Bids evaluation will be performed based on the financial offer only.

Applications shall be sent to the GIZ e-mail address SBC-tenders@giz.de, showing the tender number (SC SBC - 46 2025) and subject on it, not later than 19.09.2025 time 15:00.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
