Invitation for tender to contract qualified auditors (expenditure verifier) to perform the verification of reported expenditure for the project Your Job Moldova financed by the City of Vienna

Dear Madam/Sir,
Caritas Austria and Initiativa Pozitiva are planning to award a service contracts to a qualified auditor/to qualified auditors for the verification of reported expenditure of the project Your Job Moldova, implemented in Moldova. The project is funded by the City of Vienna and an own contribution of Caritas Austria.
Details regarding the project’s background (results and activities, implementing partners) can be found in in Annex 1 Terms of References) as well as details regarding the scope of audit.
Your Job Moldova
The project aims at contributing to (immediate) labour market integration of job seeking youth, especially young women by improving their employability and increasing co-operation with employers. The proposed project aims at particularly vulnerable young jobseekers to be integrated directly into the labour market in the Republic of Moldova through various project activities. On the one hand, the beneficiaries will receive individual counselling, training (soft and hard skills) and support in the job application process, while on the other, companies and their managers will be motivated to hire people from the target group (1.500 vulnerable young beneficiaries aged between 16 and 34 who are either (long-term) unemployed or in transition from school to the labour market and at risk of unemployment). A third project component is the support of young entrepreneurs through various activities, such as training on the topic of business start-ups.

Audit process
Audits have to be carried out in line with Annex 1 Terms of Reference. Project costs have been incurred by Initiativa Pozitiva in Moldova only. Related documents (invoices, supporting documents) are collected and filed in the office of Initiativa Pozitiva in Chisinau.
