The MSIP project aims to support Moldova’s socio-economic growth by enhancing the use of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) among private stakeholders and improving government IP services. Implemented by the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) and the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI), in collaboration with the Helvetas Moldova for the project management.
Focusing on Geographical Indications (GIs), MSIP project contributes to improving of GI management, certification, and market access for Moldova’s origin-based products, boosting competitiveness and enforcing better IP practices.
Within the MSIP project, the promotional campaign aims to raise consumer awareness, support local producers, and encourage SMEs to obtain legal brand protection. As part of this initiative, high-quality promotional videos will be produced to highlight the unique aspects of local products protected as GIs and promote them to consumers.

The selection of the service provider will be based on the following criteria:

Helvetas Moldova is not a payer of value added tax (VAT). VAT Exemption Confirmation Letter will be provided.
The contractor will be expected to implement all activities specified under deliverables between April 2025 and November 2025.

Offer shall contain:
The Financial offer must be presented in MDL. The fees proposed in this offer should be all inclusive; the supplier/contractor will cover all costs to perform their tasks (e.g. office accommodation, transport, internet access and equipment, administrative and secretarial support, interpretation etc.). The supplier/contractor is responsible for all other taxes and duties in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
Offers must be submitted in English language exclusively.
Deadline for offer submission is 10.04.2025, 16:00 (Chisinau local time).
Offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
