MDAC000320 - Heating Radiators replacement in Ceadir-Lunga
PIN Moldova is looking for a company to carry out partial renewal of the heating system, namely the replacement of old steel pipes and cast iron radiators with polypropylene pipes and new steel radiators at IP Theoretical Lyceum "Mihail Ceachir", or. Ceadir-Lunga".
The present Terms of Reference contain the responsibilities and requirements towards the supplier to be contracted to carry out the heating system renovation works at the "Mihail Ceachir" Theoretical Lyceum, Ceadir-Lunga.
All works carried out in connection with the above-mentioned measures will be executed in accordance with all the requirements specified in this Tender Notice and in accordance with the legislation in force of the Republic of Moldova.
Tender Notice with detailed instructions on bidding and other documentation is attached to announcement and consist of:
- Terms of Reference
- Tender Notice
- Quotation form (template)
- Eligibility sworn statement (template)
- Warranty statement (filled, signed and stamped).
If any of the bidders requires any clarification relating to the tender, such question should be sent to PIN by e-mail to the following e-mail address tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net.
Questions could be answered only until 05.10.2024. PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.
If PIN answers the question, all other bidders will be copied the answer. Communication will be held through e-mail.
Interested bidders are required to submit the following set of documents:
- Quotation Form/BoQ (filled, signed and stamped);
- Eligibility sworn statement (filled, signed and stamped);
- Company name, registration certificate, address, contact person and telephone number;
- Technical specifications (technical description) for equipment - radiators and pipes;
- Warranty statement (filled, signed and stamped).
All offers shall be submitted with the “(insert reference number)/‘Bidder Name’/‘Date’’ in a subject line to the following e-mail address: secure.bid@peopleinneed.net
Applications submitted after the deadline, or inappropriately sealed, as well as incomplete offers, will not be considered.
