REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

To participate to the tender procedure Framework Agreement for Promotional material

To whom it might concern,

The “Strategic Communication and Support to Mass‐Media” project funded by the European Union is looking for a company to produce different promotional material to be used for increasing public awareness and inform the public about the project activities.

Duration of the assignment: April 2024 – December 2025.

Objective:

• To design and produce visibility materials upon request, as necessary for the planned activities, as approved by the EU Delegation, both at local and regional levels;
• To ensure compliance of all promotional items produced with the guidelines included in the “Communication and Visibility Manual for EU External Actions” (2018);

Conditions for qualification: official registration (for legal entities), three years of experience and portfolio of works.
