Plan International Moldova,  one of the oldest and largest children’s development and humanitarian organisations in the world. It works to advance children’s rights and equality for girls in over 75 countries with an annual budget of €910m and over 50 million children participating in Plan International supported programmes. Plan International has extensive experience in advocating for gender equality and girls’ rights with government, civil society, UN and other INGO actors.

Plan International is inviting interested parties to bid for the supply of Travel Management Services to Plan International offices based in Romania, Poland, Ukraine and Moldova. Successful Bidder(s) will be expected to enter into a Long-Term Agreement for a period of 2 years with a possible extension of 1 year on an exclusive/non-exclusive basis with our organization.

Tenderers are required to submit their proposal, inclusive of all required annexes, via email to ecaterina.rusu-ceapa@plan-international.org. 

Offers must be received by the deadline: 13^th March 2024. 

The offer and all correspondence and documents related to the tender must be written in English.  

Each Tenderer or member of consortium or sub-contractor may submit only one offer.
