PIN Moldova is looking for eligible and authorized companies to provide consultancy services within Moldova.

Qualified tender offers (bids) are sought from competent bidders for the following services:  

will provide overall guidance, support, monitoring and expert advice for the platforms to:

1. Revision and improvement of the community planning methodological guide
2. Organisation of focus groups in 5 districts of Moldova for consultation of the methodological guide
3. Presentation of the methodology for Community Planning to the stakeholders involved
4. Analysis of the capacities and resources for planning and provision of social services and conducting needs assessment of social services in each territorial unit
5. Assistance in identification and selection of suitable territorial units for the pilot plan
6. Assistance in developing and launching an information campaign for promotion of Community Planning mechanism in 5 districts (1 region)
7. Establishment of a steering group on community planning and creation of the working group that will include representatives from LPAs, social assistance, medical institutions, CSOs, people with disabilities, active persons, etc.
8. Organizing capacity development programme for the community planning working groups.
9. Capacity building on project writing of the social service providers, CSOs and LPAs
10. Capacity building program to the social service providers, CSOs and LPAs on alternative fundraising tools
11. Analysis of the capacities and resources for planning and provision of social services and conducting needs assessment of social services in each territorial unit
12. Supporting partnership development for participatory solving of community challenges
