Two Years Framework Agreement for
“Winterization Items To Targeted Households In Moldova”
The Norwegian Refugee Council is soliciting bids from reputable goods and service providers, to provide bids for Two Years Framework Agreement for the provision of supply and delivery of Winterization items to targeted households in Moldova, containing three (LOTs):
- LOT No 1 - Household Winter Kit
- LOT No 2 - Adults Kit for Clothes & Boots
- LOT No 3 - Children Kit for Clothes & Boots
The procedure for applying for this tender:
- Please request the tendering documents by submitting an email request to: procurement@nrc.no in order to request the Tender documents (Invitation to Bid).
- The email subject should be ITB/ROMO/CO/23/002.
- NRC will reply to your email with an attachment includes the following:
- Annex 1 – Scope of Work
- Annex-2 - Lot 1 – Technical & Financial Proposal – Household Kit
- Annex-3 - Lot 2 – Technical & Financial Proposal – Adults Kit for Clothes & Boots
- Annex-4 - Lot 3 – Technical & Financial Proposal – Children Kit for Clothes & Boots
- Once you receive these files, please do the following:
- Review the requirements carefully.
- Complete all the requirements highlighted and listed in the ITB file.
- Submit all the documents back to one of the below options:
- (scanned) the email: tenders@nrc.no
the email subject must be ITB/ROMO/CO/23/002
OR
- In a sealed envelope to the address:
Moldova - Chisinau, Str. Bucuresti 41, 1st floor
The envelope should be sealed.
The envelope should be stamped.
Write the (ITB) tender reference ITB/ROMO/CO/23/002 on the envelope from outside.

- The deadline for any inquiries related to this tender is 06 August 2023 at 23:59 pm Moldova time.
- Complete and review all your documents and make sure that nothing is missing as requested in the ITB Checklist.
- The deadline for submission of the tender documents is 13th August 2023 23:59 pm Moldova time.
