Tender no. 83428955 Support in organising the Official Closing Event

The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for a consultant who will be able to support in organising the official closing event of its Modernisation of Local Public Services project.

The selected consultant will conduct all the activities in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR).

The objective of this assignment is to support the project in the organisation of the official closing event of the Modernisation of Local Public Services (MLPS) project, including moderation during the event itself.

To achieve the objective, the consultant shall perform the following tasks:

  • Be prepared to attend the preparation;
  • Support in the development of the official MLPS closing event concept;
  • Support in conceptualising and preparing of the MLPS project visibility and information materials to be presented during the event;
  • Moderating the official closing event.

The tender is open to nationals of the Republic of Moldova and persons with legal residence in the Republic of Moldova.

Offers must be prepared in English. The application shall include:

  • detailed CV and cover letter,
  • concept (technical approach/methodical procedures): interpretation of objectives, terms of reference, implementation methods,
  • financial offer including gross daily rate in MDL and a total amount per up to 15 workdays of assignment (in a separate document) for the period January 2023 – June 2023.

Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
