NDI Request for Proposals for Development of Graphic Materials in Moldova

The National Democratic Institute (NDI) seeks to contract a local vendor that would develop a series of graphic materials, specifically 5 videos and 5 infographics. NDI wants to raise awareness about the Audiovisual Council’s responsibilities and how it can act in order to ensure pluralistic and objective information of the population.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR VENDORS
- Officially registered legal entity with full capacity to act;
- At least 3 years of experience in conducting surveys and opinion research;
- Previous experience in working with NDI or other international organizations will be considered an asset.
GENERAL PROPOSAL INFORMATION
Your proposal should include the following information:
- General information about your firm;
- A list of previous clients;
- A portfolio which includes at least five examples of you previous work on graphic materials;
- A financial proposal which includes a breakdown of costs for each material.

Please submit your proposals in English via email to Loredana Prijmireanu, (lprijmireanu@ndi.org). The deadline for submitting proposals is December 14, 2022. Early submissions are welcomed.
