Overview:

United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP, on behalf of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Moldova hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for conducting a survey on the current human rights situation of Roma, including Roma refugees, on both banks of the Nistru river and underlying causes that limit their access to human rights the provision, of in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

Quotations may be submitted on or before 10 October 2022, 12:00 (Moldova local time)/ 05:00 (New York time)

It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
