RFQ # RFQ-2022-150-02 Provision of PR and Communication Services for the Future Technologies in Agriculture Program

The Moldova Future Technologies Activity (FTA) is a program funded by USAID and Sweden, and implemented by Chemonics International INC.  Washington Sucursala Chisinau. The goal of FTA is to enhance the competitiveness of Moldovan transformative sectors, including light manufacturing, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), precision engineering, creative industries, and digital media production, and to improve the country’s integration with Western markets in these sectors.

FTA seeks to support ADMA to promote the impact of its Clean Energy program through beneficiary case studies and stories demonstrating how they have benefited from the FTA grants and ADMA loans for procuring and installing photovoltaic solar panels. The corresponding Communication and PR Campaign will include the following activities below, but are not limited to:

  • Workshops with business associations
  • Official ribbon-cutting event
  • PR campaign
  • Social Media Campaign
  • Online display (PPC) / advertising campaign
  • Creative services, including development of visuals

Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 15.00 local Chisinau time on September 28, 2022 by email to ftaprocurement@chemonics.md. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted.

Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 17.00 local Chisinau time on September 30, 2022 by email to ftaprocurement@chemonics.md.
