Call for tender for the provision of production, printing and publishing services

The Council of Europe is launching a call for the purchase of production, printing and publishing services within the framework of the project “Supporting the implementation of the Istanbul Convention in the Republic of Moldova”.
In this context, the Council of Europe is inviting potential providers to apply and submit their offers in accordance with the attached documents.
Tenderers can apply to one or more of the following specific lots:
Lot 1 concerns layout and publishing of a variety of different awareness raising materials, publications and relevant project documents.
Lot 2 concerns colour and black & white printing of documents/materials for project events and activities.
Lot 3 concerns the production of visibility materials, such as notebooks, pens, roll-ups, bags, etc.
Tenderers are invited to indicate which lot(s) they are tendering for.
Offers must be sent to the Council of Europe in electronic format only, following the procedures indicated in the call for tenders and tenderers should provide all the documents stated in the section “Documents to be provided”.
The deadline for submission of applications is 15 July at 23:59 CET.
Provision of services from selected providers will be ordered on an as needed basis.
