Request for Quotations: Independent Evaluation of the AEECA-funded media program

Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number: 19MD7021Q0009 – Independent Evaluation of the AEECA-funded media program.

 

The Embassy of the United States of America in Chisinau is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide an Independent Evaluation of the AEECA-funded assistance to independent media implemented by the U.S. Embassy – Chisinau.

Proposals are due on or before 17:00 Chisinau time on April 15, 2021. Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered.

The Embassy has established a Q&A conference on April 8, 2021 at 15:00 hours (local time), through ZOOM platform: https://statedept.zoomgov.com/j/1604110427?pwd=MGU0NW85WTlDd2txc3cwYWIzb2g1Zz09. 

Quotations must be submitted by email with the subject line “Quotation 19MD7021Q0009 Enclosed” to ChisinauProcurementBids@state.gov, on or before April 15, 2021 5:00PM. Quotations that are received after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Oral quotations will not be accepted.

All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal:

  • Be able to understand written and spoken English;
  • Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing;
  • Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work;
  • Have all licenses and permits required by local law;
