The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

A company to support the production of a short educational animated video (cartoon) - promoting integrity values among children and young people.

Scope of Work: production of an animated cartoon generically entitled “Corruption for children's understanding”. Short animated cartoon details:

  1. Target audience: School kids age 6+
  2. Duration: 7-8 min
  3. Animation: 2D
  4. Technique: drawing, caricature style, simple, expressive, with emphasis on the details and patterns of the characters
  5. All messages will need to be clearly communicated in both terms of language and visual elements..

Proposals shall be submitted on or before 15 March 2021, 16:00 (Moldova local time, GMT+2:00)
