Urgent Call! Training course "SIGMA: Strengthening Gender Mainstreaming in Youth Work" in Armenia 1-9 December

We are looking for 3 participants for the Training Course "SIGMA: Strengthening Gender Mainstreaming in Youth Work".
Date:01 - 09 December 2021.
Location: Yerevan, Armenia.
Number of participants from Moldova: 3
Food and accommodation are provided by the organizers.Travel expenses will be reimbursed
The Objectives of the Training Course are the following:
A. To raise awareness of 32 youth workers and youth educators on gender mainstreaming;
B. To provide 32 youth workers and youth educators with knowledge on gender equality, equality feminism, feminist movements and ideologies;
C. To equip participants with knowledge, techniques and tools, which can improve gender sensitivity of their work with young people and inclusiveness of their organizations;
D. To raise the awareness of youth workers and youth educators on the importance of true comprehension of gender equality and promotion of equality among young people;
E. To improve international cooperation between youth workers from the partner organizations and facilitate networking;
F. To promote development of new partnerships and projects on gender mainstreaming within Erasmus+ Programme.
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE choosing criteria:
- Youth workers and youth leaders who are involved in daily activities of the work with youth and who are interested to develop networking projects in this field.
- Fluent in English as it will ensure effective communication between all participants.
- 18 years or older.
