Call for Expressions of Interest: Partnership Opportunities with Plan International Moldova

As Plan International, we strive to advance children’s rights and equality for girls all over the world. As an independent development and humanitarian organisation, we work alongside children, young people, our supporters, and partners to tackle the root causes of the challenges facing girls and all vulnerable children.
Our ambition is for: “All girls standing strong creating global change” through addressing the root causes of rights violations and inequalities.
Since March 2022 we work in the Republic of Moldova to deliver immediate humanitarian aid to children and their families and caregivers affected by the conflict in Ukraine and the vulnerable host communities. Through a localized partner-led approach, we focus on key issues faced by the most vulnerable children, especially girls, among refugee and host communities.
We work in Child Protection, Education (Non-formal and formal), Mental Health and Psycho-social Support, Sexual Reproductive Health, and Youth Engagement.
Our target groups are refugees from Ukraine and Moldova local communities, particularly girls and boys (0-18 years old) and young women and men (18-24 years old) in all their diversities (including disability, LGBTQI+).
Through our partners, we are implementing programmes across Moldova, with a focus on the Northern and Southern regions and the municipality of Chisinau.
This call for Expression of Interest is open for all types of organizations; national non governmental organizations, local civil society actors, community-based organizations and
especially youth groups, networks and volunteer groups.
We are looking for organizations to create opportunities for project pipeline on the following subjects:
- Youth Engagement and Empowerment (including human rights, participation, activism)
- Social Inclusion
- Gender Equality
- Equality and Inclusion of LGBTQI+ persons
- Non-formal and formal education
- Child Protection
- Gender Based Violence
- Girls Empowerment

Submit your project ideas to us by 21st of January 2024 via using the Application Link.
Plan International Moldova team will review and assess the applications and will contact organizations who are aligned with its strategic priorities and organizational values.
