Call for tenders for the provision of consultancy services in the Republic of Moldova

The Council of Europe is currently implementing the project “Reinforcing the culture of dialogue and ethical open local governance in the Republic of Moldova” as part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova (2021-2024).
In that context, it is launching a tender procedure for the purchase of local consultancy services in the field of local government and migration management in the Republic of Moldova.
Providers of consultancy services are sought to support local authorities with the management of the influx of refugees including by developing the capacities of the association of local authorities to promote resilience as well as integration and inclusion of the refugees in local communities, in particular through provision of policy and legal expertise to local public authorities.
The deadline for submission of applications is 10 October 2022.
The expected start date is 24 October 2022.

Interested consultants are invited to apply and submit their offer for the provision of local consultancy services in line with the Tender File and the Act of Engagement, which contain a full description of the terms and conditions of engagement and the scope of activities.
