The project “Strengthening the human rights protection of refugees and migrants in the Republic of Moldova: phase II” (hereafter - “the project”) is being implemented under the Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova 2025-2028. The overall purpose of the project is to enhance the protection of refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants in the Republic of Moldova by improving the capacities of the Moldovan authorities. This is to be done by a) developing more effective and human rights-based migration, asylum, and reception systems in the long term and b) provision of tailored support to the country in addressing the needs of refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants. The project is built on the developments and results of the previous action “Strengthening the human rights protection of refugees and migrants in the Republic of Moldova” (2022-2024).

If successful, you may be offered employment based on temporary contracts at grade Employment is limited to 31 December 2025 and may be extended. You will receive a basic monthly gross salary of € 3406,05 which is exempt from national income tax. This salary may be supplemented by other allowances depending on your personal situation. You will be affiliated to a pension scheme and social and medical insurance. You will also benefit from 32 working days leave per year and other advantages (including flexible working hours, training and development, possibility of teleworking, etc.).
