Caritas Czech Republic in Moldova is hiring a Project Manager
1. Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead various development projects in Moldova as part of our long-term strategy. Caritas Czech Republic (CCR) has been active in Moldova since 2004, implementing projects in areas such as social care, civil society development, agriculture, and livelihoods support. The PM will oversee the management and coordination of these projects, ensuring successful delivery in sectors like social development, healthcare, and waste/water management, with opportunities to expand into new fields.
2. We are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management.
- Strong experience in writing project proposals and reporting to institutional donors.
- Proficiency in English and Romanian.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook); SharePoint experience is a plus.
3. We offer:
- Full-time position based in Chisinau, Moldova.
- Competitive salary (to be discussed).
- Contract length: from 01.10 2024 to 31.12.2026.
- Opportunity to work with an international NGO on impactful projects.
