HR-Consulting Srl on behalf of its client (international transport company) is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of:

Senior Recruiter

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit drivers through various channels, including driver schools, job fairs, online job boards, and social media platforms;
• Visit driver schools to promote the company as an employer of choice, establish relationships with instructors and students, and conduct presentations to attract potential candidates;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with driver schools, driving instructors, and industry organizations;
• Guides the drivers through their schooling process, until the start of work;
• Participating in additional projects.

Requirements:

• English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level;
• Graduated on minimum a bachelor level;
• Good negotiation skills;
• Effective in teamwork and able to work independently as needed;
• Demonstrates a proactive approach, consistently bringing innovative ideas to the table;
• Proven background in recruiting, either agency or in-house.
