The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing the Advancing Moldova’s National Climate Change Adaptation Planning (NAP2) Project that requires the services of a National Legal Consultant to develop and promote climate change related legal framework
This assignment's main objective is to support the Government of Republic of Moldova with analysis of national capacities and readiness to transpose six EU legislation into national one, as well as to enhance State Hydrometeorological Service legal competencies by amending Government Decision on the Concept of Registry of the producers of meteorological and hydrological information and Government Decision on the Regulation regarding the establishment of the procedure for creating, expanding and reducing the national meteorological observations network
