UNICEF Moldova is contracting a National Individual Consultant, to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection on legal amendments and ensure that the operational functionality of the newly established social assistance system and adjustments are in line with the RESTART objectives, goals concept note and national priorities.
