Junior Recruiter

About the candidate:

• Your previous experience is not very important;
• What is important to be hands-on, energetic, proactive self-starters who are able to get things done; strong communication and interpersonal skills are also needed;
• Bachelor degree;
• Fluency in Romanian, and Russian. English will be a big plus;
• Computer literacy – high level.

What will you do?

• You will be fully involved in the recruitment process: direct or indirect search for candidates, selection process, clients relations
