Under the direct supervision of the General Services Office Assistant, the incumbent is responsible for incoming/outgoing shipments of household effects, all official Government owned and privately owned vehicles of U.S. citizen personnel, and all officially purchased equipment and supplies for State and other U.S Government agencies at post. Makes hotel reservations for all international and field travel for United States Government personnel and dependents traveling officially. Maintains a list of arriving and departing employees and visitors and assists with other travel-related matters.
EXPERIENCE: At least two years of experience providing shipping, travel, customs clearance or logistics services is required
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Education Requirements: At least two years of full-time post-secondary study at college or university are required.
LANGUAGE: Level III (Good Working Knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing English, Romanian and Russian is required. (This may be tested.)
