Position: Program Associate, Moldova
Reports to: Program Officer, Moldova
Scope: CIPE is seeking a full-time Program Associate to be based in Chisinau, Moldova that will support CIPE activities under a regional women’s economic empowerment project, focused on strengthening networking between women’s chambers of commerce and business associations.
The Program Associate will be responsible for coordinating in-person and virtual events, communicating with partners and grantees, and supporting monitoring, data collection, and evaluation, among other responsibilities. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple detail-oriented tasks, have excellent interpersonal skills, and work well with a team. CIPE is seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic about the role the private sector plays in democratic governance and business integrity, and who is familiar with basic components of monitoring and evaluation or willing to learn.
