Under the general supervision of the Management Officer, the incumbent manages the document flow in the Management Section. Assists the Management Officer in achieving section goals and effectively using resources. Forwards tasks to Management subsections and ensures timely completion. Drafts and updates management notices and policies and distributes to mission employees. Serves as the primary point of contact with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other diplomatic missions for accreditation, visas and other matters. Oversees the eCountry Clearance (eCC) process, arranging logistical support for Management Section visitors and assisting other sections as necessary. Verifies, prepares, and processes personal and official VAT claims for Mission personnel, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and submits documents to the Tax Office.
EXPERIENCE: At least three years of experience in secretarial or administrative field is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
LANGUAGE: Level IV (Fluency) speaking/reading/writing English and Romanian, Level III (Good working knowledge) speaking/reading/writing Russian is required. (This may be tested.)
