People in Need (PIN) is a Czech non-governmental organization that provides relief aid and development assistance while working to defend human rights and democratic freedom. It is one of the largest relief and development organizations in post-communist Europe and has administered projects in 37 countries over the past 30 years. From 2009 onwards, PIN has added development programmes to its work in Moldova, building a vision and practices that keep people and communities at the centre of our work. Throughout its presence in the country, PIN has been contributing to the development of following sectors: Sustainable Livelihood and Environment, Social Inclusion and Protection, Good Governance.
The Assistant will be based in PIN’s office in Balti or Comrat and will be under the supervision of and report to the Cash Field Coordinators. The field assistant will be working in a team providing cash support to refugees hosting households and vulnerable households in North/South Moldova. The position is a full-time assignment (5 days per week, 8 hours a day). The field assistant should be able to dedicate her/his time fully to the work and have the flexibility to work every week in a different working place.
Place of work:
North CFA – Bălți office and surrounding areas with travels to other regions/locations (Briceni, Dondușeni, Edineț, Fălești, Glodeni, Nisporeni, Râşcani, Sângerei, and Ungheni).
South CFA – Comrat office and surrounding areas with travels to other regions/locations (Cahul, Cantemir, Taraclia, Basarabeasca, and Vulcănești).
Duration of employment contract: 6 months
