The Government of Republic of Moldova (“Gov”) is implementing the Moldova Health Transformation Project (“MHTP”) through the Ministry of Health (“MoH”) and National Health Insurance Company (“NHIC”), funded from the credit of the International Development Association (IDA).
Ministry of Health (“MoH”) is the central public authority entrusted to implement the project’s “Technical Assistance” Component which is a tool of the Ministry in performing its activities to develop, promote policies and directly implement the health system reforms.
With the purpose to implement Moldova Health Transformation Project, the MoH - as Client intends to select a Project Coordinator/Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant.
The overall objective of the consultancy is to ensure the implementation of the strategic objectives of the Moldova Health Transformation Project (including M&E) according to the financing agreements, timeframe, and in line with relevant national laws.
The Project Coordinator/ Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant should be compliant with the following minimum qualification requirements:
The Consultant is expected to start his/her activity immediately.
The Consultant will work on a part-time basis afterwards. It is expected that the monthly workload will not exceed 14 working days.
The contract duration is till August 31, 2022.
