Senior Legal Expert
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE:
The Senior Legal Expert is responsible for all operational and legal aspects of support in the relationship between Tekwill, EU4Moldova and Startup City Cahul Projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide extensive legal expertise for the project deliverable;
- Provide support in the relationship between Tekwill, EU4Moldova and Startup City Cahul;
- Projects for the creation of the regional centers, their legal, management and operational regulations;
- Assist the team on compliance related issues (procurement, due diligence, etc);
- Support the team with daily operations related to new engagements, agreements, and other related dedicated support.
QUALIFICATIONS
Higher education in Law, the Master – will be an advantage;- Experience in the legal field for at least 4-5 years;
- Responsible person, with a spirit of initiative, organized, able to work in stressful situations;
- Fluency in English and Romanian;
