Your new key responsibilities:

• RTM:  Strategy driving via 3 main initiatives  -> Sales, Execution and Logistic streams -> Assessment Design and Implementation stages
• RTM: Drive Cost to serve and Cost to supply challenges
• RTM: Exploring new opportunities through running EDS (Every Dealer surveys) for identifying new outlets growth
• RTM reboot implementation every 2-3 year
• RTM: Introduction and implementation of new CCAF (Call Concept and Frequency) model
• RTM: Designing new opportunities of business grow with optimal cost
• RED Designing new opportunities of execution achieving
• RED: Setting and follow up the strategy of execution
• RED: Annual Picture of successes revision and drive implementation in the market
• RED: Daily monitoring of KPIs achievements and PICOS compliance
• RED: Annual negotiation, training and controlling of external agency work schedule

Are these your secret ingredients?

• Master's degree
• Work experience in Sales Field
• Advanced PC user (MS Excel)
• Good communication skills, able to handle time pressure
• Learning mindset, willingness to express and experiment with new ideas
• English at intermediate + level
