Call for expressions of interest: Individual consultant project assistant-translator

The Republic of Moldova and the International Fund for Agriculture Development have signed a Financing Agreement for the implementation of the Rural Resilience Project (RRP), which is implemented by CPIU IFAD.
The CPIU IFAD will recruit a Project Assistant-translator who under the guidance and direct supervision of the CPIU director will assist in the effective and efficient management of the project through a range of actions contributing to the design, planning, management, and monitoring of the project activities.

The CPIU IFAD invites eligible Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services.
Interested candidates should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The key criteria for shortlisting evaluation are the following:
- General qualification - 30 points:
- Specific experience in the field for vacant position – 30 points:
- Language skills -20 points:
- Computer management skills, soft applications – 20 points
The consultant will be selected in accordance with the Selection-based on consultants’ qualifications (CQS) method. Assessment of the candidates will be conducted against evaluation criteria, based on information provided in the application documents. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit Technical and Financial offers.
The finalist will be offered a fixed-term contract based on a 40-hour weekly work program and concluded in line with national labor legislation.
