Corporate center of the Group of companies is looking for a Corporate assistant.
Essential duties:
Prepares and manages corporate organizational documentation.
Leads and/or participates in negotiations with third parties.
Prepares and facilitates execution of documents by analyzing, drafting, negotiating.
Establishes and monitores the implementation of the tasks.
Interacts with outside counsel.
Arranges travel schedules and reservations.
Performs other duties.
Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
BA/Economy/HR/Languages with minium five (5+) years of progressively responsible experience in relevant practice area(s).
