Excellent technical background and extensive experience as Service Engineer, Microsoft Word and Pwpoint, outlook, Knowledge of LSA, Quality and HSE regulatory environment, Team work and availability to travel. 

Job description:

• Deploy a variety of training methods – Online, Skype, Classroom etc…
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success periodically and report on them
• Provide opportunities for ongoing development
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
• Maintain training program up to date with new regulations and information
• Send weekly reports of the status of selected personnel progress
• Planning and preparation of the training modules (videos and presentation) for service engineers belonging to BC Service Group according to SOLAS identifying dedicated training per make and type as requested by MSC 1277 and 402 (96)
• Organizing and conducting standard training sessions and dedicated ones either onboard or in the office to improve service engineer’s deficiencies
• Organization of test to verify service engineer’s knowledge of particular topics 
• Technical controller for all jobs carried out by BC Service Group.
• Creation, revision and update of check lists used to inspect different systems
