We are looking for:

People with knowledge or experience in the area of:

• finance / management/ logistics / with an college or university degree

People with analytical skills and logical thinking skills who:

• analyse cost budget, prepare quotes based on scope of work

• organize services on board (personnel, tools, materials)

• communication with clients for problems found and suitable solutions under service manager supervision

• prepare technical report and/or manage warranties under technical department supervision

• correct use of company management software and internal procedures

• feedback to sales managers on ongoing activities and problems

• authorise costs related to managed activities

• cooperation with colleagues

• schedule technicians for the jobs according to their skills (based on training and certifications)

• provide needed information about logistic and equipment / scope of work of the job

• assisting technicians while service is ongoing 

Skills needed:

• english is mandatory

• italian is a plus

• available to work on flexible hours

• week end availability

• office package (excel, word, email)

• remote working
